Second Chance Pet Adoptions is Wake County’s longest-standing no-kill rescue. Their mission is to advocate for adoptable cats and dogs, whether healthy or treatable, as they search for loving, permanent homes. We also work closely with the community to encourage responsible pet ownership, helping to prevent future pet homelessness through education and outreach.
